Book The Bus

We offer a wide range of options - with sliding scale prices - and are willing to work with you to make a bus visit happen!

  • Out & About Book Bus will come to your event for 1-3 hours and be available for people to explore the bus, borrow or purchase books, and enjoy community.

    Cost: Sliding Scale $100-250 an hour for 1-4 hours (1 hour minimum)

  • Everything the Basic Bus Stop offers but includes a Rainbow Story Time each hour.

    Cost: Sliding Scale: 150-300 an hour for 1-4 hours (minimum 1 hour)

  • Want a Basic Bus Stop or Bus Stop with Rainbow Story Time at your event and want to ensure that every child or participant leaves with a FREE LGBTQIA+ and gender inclusive book? This is the package for you!

    Cost: $350 for 30 books to giveaway (in addition to sliding scale Bus Stop or Bus Stop + Story Time package)

  • What kid (or kid at heart) wouldn’t love a purple bus for their birthday?

    Out & About Book Bus and ARTrageous Adventures have teamed up to offer birthday parties that come to you!

    Birthday pARTies include:

    • Out & About Book Bus Visit for 2 hours with each pARTy guest choosing one book as a gift to keep.

    • pARTy host for 1 hr to lead guests through an ARTrageous Adventure.

    • Group photo of pARTy guests in front of the Book Bus.

    • A bookmark coupon for future programming.
